Bought a 2013 BMW 335i
Luis helped me in talking to manager to be able to close a deal. There were some concerns with a Check Engine Light and they promised to take care of it came back on. The problem was supposedly fixed before signing but still promised to take care of it, in the event that it reappeared. Erick, the finance guy, tried his best to get me going with the loan and lower down payment. Luis, the salesman also gave me a guarantee on a concern I had with the break oil. He talked to manager and also guaranteed me to help me if it was leaking. Car runs great and AC was freezing cold. Very clean car with good tires. Very transparent and respectful staff. They let me test drive the car twice before closing the deal to give me a better piece of mind.
