Horrible service, online ordering from here is the worst by far ... company is overpriced on all its items as well. If you are going try to buy something of any sorts, look at it or get a feel for it in person and order online. Guaranteed you will pay 1/3 of the items price compared to this store. Had never bought from this place and now I never will.

I preordered a backpack back in July. Saw the bag in stores 3 weeks ago. So i was anticipating a email confirmation of my order that never came. Called the store and was told it would take a week to process. Messaged a few days ago and was told that it would be honored and would be given a 15% off to the order for the inconveniece of the warehouse being backed up. But now i get a message stating that my order was cancelled due to being sold out. Which is seriously so messed up. I feel my ordered should have been honored first since YOU KNOW, I PREORDERED. Will no longer be shopping your stores. very unprofessional.
