I’m only giving one star because I was lied to from the day 1, many things were promised with my Tahoe purchase and they were false promises, my Tahoe it’s great so far, but in order to make you sign they will promise to give you a hundred things then you sign and all of a sudden nothing was approved? And if we didn’t check the papers we would have been in trouble since the price was wrong as well You don’t do that, yall need to be transparent and truthful and Claudia wasn’t. I’m so mad and I regret making the deal here.

Was not as pleased with most recent oil and filter change for our vehicle. Vehicle was received after completion of service with dirt/grime on both driver's and passenger's seats, especially passenger seat. This has not happened in a very long time at this dealer service department. Had been one of the main reasons we continue to use you, and now this. Not happy. Maybe a little extra care and thoughtfulness is in order??? If this attention to detail is ignored, what does that say about the actual service performed?

Customer service is top notch at Burns Motors. The Burns team knows customers personally and by name. Dan, Ken, Ross and Letty always provide timely vehicle servicing that’s done correctly the first time.
