The waiting period was horrible, not having complete answers ever was terrible. Realizing that we were over our limit on a rental car while we waited for our car was terrible, but no one offered a solution . After almost 4 months of waiting for the car, it’s finally done. The sad thing is that if any other customer runs into the same problem with a different repair shop? Kno they wont be-able to help you because onstar is not willing ronshare their knowledge about repairs for a 2025 Chevy equinox:

My car looks great! They took their time and did a quality job. They were finished with my car before the estimated pick up date. They worked with me and had good customer service. They even went the extra mile by cleaning my car.

From start to completion of the auto body repairs. The CARSTAR collision specialist team conducted them selfswith the upmost professionalism. They took the time to provide me with progress updates in timely manner with tentative completion date in mind. And they were able to complete repairs in timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for future body auto repair needs.
