The general manager Bryan used to make fun and pick on this disabled kid back in San Antonio. Him and another manager harassed him to kiss another employee witch was a female harassed him until he did and then he writes him up and fired him. How did he get to be a general manager. I thought cavenders was a good company most companies don't promote there employees for picking on disabled people

Well organized, no clutter, and Pablo was great, I appreciate the patience he had in helping me find what I needed. This Gentleman is why I would go back to spend money as well as recommend this place to others, he was informative, Genuine and willing.

No customer service whatsoever. Employees were there, just would hide whenever you needed something. And I knew they were there cause they would be laughing. Fortunately for us, we went to Boot Barn, and guess what, we were greeted and helped. We ended up buying at Boot Barn. Customer service goes a long way.

Assistant Manager Rudy worse customer service you can ever receive. This ain’t the first time it has happen. I guess Cavenders doesn’t care about their customer service if he’s still talking and treating people how he wants to. Need to be fixed asap!

My family and I were visiting McAllen and we went shopping to this store. Very bad customer service. Unprofessional and extremely rude. These girls are representing Cavender’s are they should have customer service skills before they are start working there. Very disappointed

Want to start off with the experience I had going this time around. His name is Jose Flores, this person has a lot of professionalism and product knowledge in your Boots needs. He has great customer service and will advise you on other Brands too. I highly recommend him for your western needs.

They were a little slow today but they had several employees marking down clothes. I love yhat they have a little bit of everything for everyone including infants.

Loved this store. Got the grandkids boots here and some jewelry. Wish the check out was different, just doesn't seem to flow well.

Store nice but terrible customer service. The "Hat area" was swamped and only 1 guy working the counter, helping a young woman. When people he knew came up he seemed to want to help them before the already busy line. My husband bought a hat but had to remind the guy there were other people waiting before him.Also, men's restroom must have had a problem, so a lady manager told my husband to use the women's, he got reprimanded when he came out by some young boys and one young lady clerk. They make you feel like you shouldn't be there. Need some serious changes in the work force. I know there are people who appreciate a job at a nice store.Gayla

Every experience I’ve had in that store is horrible customer service!! All of the employees ignore the customer and if you ask for help it’s a bother. I Bought a hat for my dad this Sunday. Not sure why I purchased from this store. After all the bad experiences. The guys all were to much in to their conversation if I asked them to see a hat they were so rude. Probably will be my last time I purchase from this place .

Seems that the employees think ignoring you, standing around talking to themselves, and having a look on their faces like they are constipated or got a wedgie is customer service. They be wrong. Even at the checkout they have bad attitudes. Hank Williams Jr. would agree that they need an "Attitude Adjustment". Don't waste your time because there are plenty of other western wear stores that will be happy to help you.

Went for a return/exchange for some boots that were used for less than a day and the manager Julian held on to the boots and didn’t even check them and told me to look for other products to exchange it with and got back in line only for them to say they won’t accept them spent over an hour for nothing and the manager was very rude in the way he said things and didn’t explain or help in anyway. Horrible experience.
