Very bad service at the door, whoever receives the customer asks him about the cashier inside and if it is not working, why is there no sign!!! And (the young man) doesn't know anything ??

Awful service, by Norma. Advised that I needed to close account due to fraud and reopen another . She Advised that I would have to wait because personnel needed to get to go to lunch.I work in customer service and I would have gone to lunch a little later to ensure great service.

I went in to show my I'd to add myself to a new bank account my husband had opened. The customer service or account person names Sara Rodriguez treated me like shit. She had to call a number and told me that I had an account there before and couldn't let me be on another account. I explained I have never had an account there. She had a smirk on her face like I was lying. I wanted to cry because I was confused why this was happening. She was no help at all. So I went to the chase on Trenton and the bank manager helped me. We called another number and found out it was fraud and it wasn't me at all. I'm getting it fixed now but the girl could have been more helpful instead of looking at me like I was a liar and a criminal. I will be complaining to the manager there because all she had to do was be nice and show compassion.

Arrived at bank and took approximately 1-2 minutes to help me out which is okay and when the lady asked what she could help me with, I mentioned I wanted to open an account. I was accompanied by a male and she asked if the account was going to be joined or individually. I said individually and after that she passed me on to another guy who was going to help set up the appointment. Who then said “ I suppose neither of you have an account with us”. Wth is that supposed to mean? The male I was accompanied by stepped out to the restroom. Then the new guy helping me out with the appointment asked me “ Will you be opening a joined account or individually” I once again said “individually”. He then proceeded to ask my personal information. As he was writting in my information the male I was accompanied by comes back to stand next to me and the guy helping me out asks AGAIN “will you be opening a joined or separate account”. So I then proceed ONCE MORE TO REPEAT MYSELF NOW FOR THE 3RD TIME that I was going to open an account individually!!! So then the ipad “stops” working. He then says the system was not working and that he was going to grab another ipad. He then comes back with an ipad and tries again inputting my information and then he says “ this ipad isn’t working either” “you could go on the chase website and book your appointment there”. NOT ONLY DID I WASTE 30 minutes of my time but they also provided very bad service!!! Do not recommend this bank at all !!

I was here for an appointment I place over the phone at 5601 N 10th St, McAllen, TX, with Sarai Rodriguez.She was extremely rude and denied to explain bank policies or help opening an account.When I asked if I could read the documents needed to open the account she rushed us to read the information.Then when I asked her to give us more time she stood up from her desk and left us unattended for 10 minutes with no explanation.She came back and I requested to read the documents that was in her computer and she refused again.
