Not a very welcoming place. I was asked if i needed help very angrily. When I said yes, she didn't actually help. So I dont get the point of her asking if I needed help. I was just looking for different styles of shoes and they had a giant box with shoe boxes and I guess she got bothered that I was looking through them. Please don't leave nothing on the sales floor that you dont want your customers to touch.

So much to choose from in male guayaveras and female beautiful floral mexican shirts and dresses. Jewelry, Zarapes, Rebosos, Heals and head piece. Lady is very pleasant and helpful. Fitting room to try on clothes. In all an awesome place to shop.

Walked in for the very 1st time and it took me back to my younger days when my parents would take us to Reynosa to the mercado and that scent of leather and dry goods was in the air and all the color in the store. Well on to the important part I read some reviews before I went there but man as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and kindess I was asked what I was looking for and I was helped right away. The 2 ladies that were there were helping two other ladies but the one lady turned to me and offered her help. This was yesterday on 3/26/2025 and all I wanted to say is I had a great interaction with the staff there kindness, professionalism, and helpful so thank you

Tried to return some defective merchandise, but they would only offer partial store credit. They insisted that I had used the product which I did not. When I purchased the product (shoes) in my excitement I didn't notice that they were defective with torn leather and when I tried to return them I was blamed. I truly loved this shop but they made me feel really bad with them blaming me.

Entered and saw it was a lovely store trying to look for assistants around the store ended up where I first started but when I asked for help the lady asked what design I liked and as I was telling her another person entered and left me talking so she can go and have a conversation with them. I was looking for an outfit for my daughter, waited but it was rude of her to leave a customer hanging. Never greeted, never asked if we needed help. To me it looked like she was avoiding helping us going around the store while I was looking for help. This was the second time I came and will definitely be the last.

Some pretty things, but I've been here a handful of times and everyone working here is so rude without fail. Two old ladies there today were just awful, just looked us up and down and didn't say a word. I'll spend my money elsewhere! Edited to add... the owner's response to a customer complaint speaks volumes about why her customer service is the way it is.

Excellent service, I was attended to by Paola, very attentive to our needs. Very beautiful dresses and I was able to find what I was looking for. A very pretty and fresh dress for an outside party.
