Took 1 polo shirt on Friday morning. Lady said would be ready on Monday. Went to pick up Monday morning and customer representative claimed it wouldn't be ready until Monday after
5 p. m. They advertised same day service which is not true. Advised young lady I would take my business elsewhere and she responded "That's fine!" Very unprofessional business and customer service!

Bad experience!
They charge you for services that YOU DON'T REQUEST!!
and when you tell them that you didn't request those services, they just tell you; THAT THE SERVICE IS ALREADY DONE and you have to pay for it!!

Buyer beware! The staff and management at this place is absolutely terrible! They are over-priced, the quality is mediocre, and the service is abhorrent! I took my cloths to their Mission location. I pre-paid my dry cleaning and was given a date for pickup. They require 48 hours rather than 24 which is expected with the labor shortage. I actually gave them 72 hours and went to get my garments. Upon arrival the attendant told me that part of my order would was not ready and didn't know when it would get done. I asked if they would deliver it as I saw the advertising on their door for free delivery. She said no. She told me I could call the McAllen store (the one I'm reviewing) for more information. When I called they picked up the phone and placed it on the counter without saying hello or acknowledging the call. I could hear them talking in the background. I waited for 2-3 minutes and they didn't come to the phone. I then drove to this location (main store) and asked for the Manager. As you would expect in the RGV the Manager was a rude, un-professional, likely ignorant, with no experience or qualification to manage anything. She proceeded to give me excuses for not having my order ready and would not give me any information. She would not tell me who the owner was either. I told her that based on the high prices, and bad service this would be my first and last time giving them my business. She said I could then call another store where they actually worked on the garments to get an update. I told her it seemed to me that she was basically telling me I was on my own to figure out when my order would be ready. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't make time for customers like me who have never done business with them and don't plan to return. Needless to say - I will NEVER return.

Dry cleaning I do drop off comes back in good condition. Employees are attentive enough. I've had a couple of issues here and there with clothes not being ready by the ticket time.

Terrible customer service. Took a child’s dress for removal of dirt stain and they didn’t remove it and still charged me for it .
