HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ASKED FOR A BAG I HAD SEEN ONLINE AND ALL SHE DID WAS SHAKE HER HEAD NO. ONCE A “NICER” LOOKING COSTUMER ENTERED THEY GREETED HER AND TOOK HER AROUND THE STORE MIND U I WAS WEARING A T-SHIRT AND SHORTS.THEY GAVE ME AND MY MOM LOOKS. THEY NEED TO GET NICER PEOPLE SMH

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tge girls there have BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE ! They only greet the people based on their appearances and did not want to help!!! I will no longer be buying from this store!!!

The costumer service is HORRIBLE! All they want to do is make a sale, they don’t honor their guarantees of free cleaning on their purses. Manager turned me away because their “too busy” (nobody is in the store), drive 30 min just to clean my purses and manager stopped the employee from cleaning my purse. This has happened twice already, terrible representation of the brand.

got into the store and was immediately judged for my appearance…employees were not helpful at all and did not want to help me because I didn’t purchase my item at that particular store. bad experience and TERRIBLE service. need to hire friendly associates asap!

Horrible customer service, when I purchased my belt in the beginning of Dec. I was told I was able to take it in and have it cut to size. I walk in today and the idiot employee didn't even say hello or welcome. I asked for her to size my belt and she asked for a receipt. Then asked if I had purchased it there, I replied I don't have a receipt with me and yes it was purchased here. It's sad when a employee can't even take care of cutting a belt and touching the material to know its original. Will not be purchasing any items from this brand anymore, she pulled the last straw.
