I live decently far and work overnight so I tried to called to see what time the optometrist is there so I can get there as early as possible. It took over 15 calls and exactly 20 minutes of the front desk hanging up on me/not answering just to get a quick 30 second answer in the vision center. This Walmart is a joke. I would give a 0 stars if possible

Stood at electronics for 30min waiting for the associate at the counter to help. Thought she was busy with something else. She finally told me it wasn't her department. Waited another 20 minutes for another associate to tell me the same thing. I knew what I wanted I just needed it from the locked case. A 5 minute in and out turned into 1hr. Called the store to find a manager, got hung up on. I'm still waiting.

today alone ive called over 6 times, the phone just rings and rings and no one ever picks up, no matter what option i press its the same thing!!
