“We decided to visit a nearby branch to resolve our issue regarding loan payments. We were attended to by Vianney, a loan representative, and her supervisor Priscilla .The two ladies were very attentive and extremely patient with my over-explaining of our situation. Somehow we had been charged 4 times in a single month as opposed to a one time payment. Naturally, this would make anyone upset but the customer service we received was exemplary. They were very accommodating to our need for having everything explained. Their customer skills are a credit to this institution.
