I had a prescription for my son go here by mistake. You have to leave a message and someone calls you back, fine, no problem. I received a call back from the most bitter and angry pharmacy employee. Completely rude, talked over me and clearly did not have time to call me. I reported it inside however no one knows the mystery pharmacist who is a miserable human who forgot he CHOSE this job. ON Purpose!!! Choose local a pharmacist. Help the people who care about your business.

Worst customer service. I was the only one waiting inside with 2 workers inside never acknowledging me. One was a manager never said just a minute or asked if i needed help. Waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged but was the only customer there. Horrible service.

Great, cordial & quick service every time I shop at CVS whether picking up from pharmacy or shopping for necessities. And the savings you get from having a CVS free membership card is awesome! Be sure to sign up & add the CVS app to your phone so you can download their weekly specials and add them to your CVS membership card. Last week I had 40% savings off a product I purchased.
Today's purchase included 25% off my total purchase plus 1 free cosmetic! Also, attached to each receipt you receive coupons for products.

I wouldn't trust the pharmacists here. The one I spoke too wasn't aware of the protocol the FDA has for dispensing Paxlovid for high risk clients -- which includes a full list of their medications, blood test results from within 12 months and a positive covid test. Even if he understood my explanation and gave him the documents I wouldn't trust his judgement. Call 911 instead for your high risk family member is my humble suggestion.

I had a difficult situation and the Pharmacy department worked with me and two other organizations to resolve the situation. They were very helpful and most professional. They are going to get my business.
