One of my patients who is not fully alert and is unable to make decisions for themselves was given a short treatment due to them "signing out." Patient has hemiparalysis and can't even sign paperwork and also cannot make his decisions due to not being fully alert (Alzheimer's and dementia) staff falsified signatures and stopped his 4 hour treatment at under an hour without consent from a medical director. Also staff was very rude when I asked why they would listen to a coax0 patient. Also patient is O2 Dependant and was not on oxygen when we picked him up. Reporting this dialysis to corporate hoping things get fixed with this unprofessional staff!

The workers are rude to their clients and if there was other places to go, I would suggest them. Definitely don't recommend.
