The 24,000 square foot store carries over 10,000 fabrics from all over the world, boasting the largest inventory in the United States and Mexico with over 1 million yards in stock. It is a nice, spacious, and very clean place with a wide variety of fabrics at different prices, including high quality upholstery fabric at excellent prices. The selection is amazing. Many customers find it their favorite fabric store. The owners, often described as two men, possibly father and son, are noted for their warm smiles, extensive knowledge of fabric, and willingness to help. They treat customers like they are important, sharing fascinating details like what country fabrics are from. There are also many adorable, helpful, sweet, enchanting, and youthful employees. The service is described as very kind and excellent. However, some experiences vary by department. On the upholstery and home fabric side, service is consistently praised. The dress fabrics are very expensive and designer quality. On the clothing fabric side, some employees have made customers feel uncomfortable, anxious, or rushed, as if they want them to pick something and leave. A few employees have been perceived as a little sour. Despite this, for many, the wonderful secret treasure of the most beautiful fabrics and the helpful staff outshine any negative interactions. It remains an excellent place to shop for good fabrics and deals.
Great store with anything you might need. The service is off the charts amazing! One does not see the owner take time to make relationships with clients. I will be going back anytime I need something.
