Cashier told me that they don’t take online discount coupon but wasn’t the true , I check online and the coupons works in store or online , thank to Nora the manager I was able to used my 15% off coupon

They have a lot of shoes but not what I was hoping for. Tried to settle for one pair however, it so happened, the fine print in the coupon I found on their app excluded the brand I chosen.

Called to get update on shoes since it’s my first time ordering for pick up & wanted to know if it would be in stock since a lot of stores are low on stock . So i can know to order somewhere else since they are needed asap. WHOEVER ANSWERED WAS NO HELP AT ALL ! DIDNT ASK FOR ORDER NUMBER TO CHECK JUST SAID WHATEVER THE ORDER SAID THATS WHAT IT WAS . NO ASSURANCE AT ALL! RUDE!
