Edible Arrangements offers a mixed experience for its customers. Many appreciate the prompt delivery and timely service, particularly for special occasions like birthdays and holidays. One reviewer noted successful last-minute changes to delivery schedules, praising the improved customer service. However, there are concerns about the freshness of some fruit, such as pineapple, and the overall presentation of arrangements, including issues with frosting on cupcakes. Additionally, one customer reported a lack of enthusiasm from staff, suggesting a need for better customer service skills. Despite these drawbacks, some customers find the treats, like chocolate-covered strawberries, to be delicious and the gifts enjoyable for recipients. Overall, Edible Arrangements seems to have potential, but experiences vary significantly among customers.
