Was told over the phone i would be scheduled for a custom facial service and will discuss my skin type and have a facial according to that. That NEVER happened! As a first time doing a facial, she did not walk me through anything. She called out a few procedures but never made me aware of when was coming next, what the product was, or why it is used and actually almost chemically burned my face with one product on accident, i had to ask "is it supposed to sting that much?", she replied, "on a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain?", I said a good 8 or 9!" she then replied "oh shoot!", and then removed the application. Skin products were also sold there and did not even get offered any literature or education on items. Nor the type of skin/skincare I have or need. On a scale 1-10, I give this experience a 1. No customer service, no patient education, and no sales skills. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Shantel is amazing at what she does! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I was a little nervous but shantel made sure they turned out amazing, I’ll never go anywhere else.

What a wonderful first experience at Embody beauty studio! I received an amazing, relaxing facial that truly made my face feel like baby skin. Followed by eyelash extensions.
