Today was my very first class with Erika & it was an amazing experience. I loved her energy, patience, enthusiasm & ability to connect with me as I stepped out of my comfort zone. Highly recommended to all people who's looking to build strengths, focus and inner peace. The Shala on Main yoga it's the place, At first I had some concerns and hesitation to try and sign up for the YOGA class, because I know it will be intense. But, Boy I was wrong...!!! Teachers/Yoga instructors put me at ease with their knowledge and they patiently guide me to get the right poses

Erica, even though it was my first time enjoying your practice I can tell that you're one of a kind... in that hour I was able to see how you connected with everyone in class. I can tell you love (and respect) Yoga. And thank you for catering to all levels, as you were able to see I am a bit rusty and need to put my practice into a lot more practice. I attended a guided meditation by Dina tonight and I was eager to listen carefuly and willing to be part of the guided meditation that lasted around 40 minutes. I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep almost the entire meditation. It was great to follow the clear strong voice of Dina so full of love and pleasent to listen to. I highly recomend this meditation no matter if you are a newcomer to the meditation or you are an experienced meditator you will enjoy being part of this welcoming, loving and accepting environment.

I was very impressed with her capabilities, i loved that i was able to be challenged and yet she was competent enough to allow for instruction to accommodate everyone regardless of their level that was attending her class. I especially like her yoga brunch on Saturdays
