This place takes forever! This is supposed to be self or quick and it is anything but! There are two workers and only one is SLOWLY working. Omg I would never come here again. I wish I used UPS :(

PLEASE AVOID FROM GETTING ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM FEDEX!!! my husband forgot his ring and we had our landlord ship it to us from OK to TX. there’s proof that she actually did ship it because they had put down the weight and number of item. once it got to us i noticed that there was a hole in the package i opened it and there WAS NOTHING INSIDE. we called and they said that they can’t do nothing about it that the item was “lost” when someone from FEDEX clearly stole it. 2k down the drain.

The drivers need to be more careful when dropping off packages and checking if it’s the right house, my packages always get dropped off at wrong neighborhoods or just get thrown hard on the ground 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Workee with two older gentlemen, both had a condescending tone. The first I walked up and asked for help to ship out a company laptop. I had the return lable in hand and he said he needs the account number, I showed him the tag and he said no. I called my support team and they said the tag should be more than enough, so I went up and talked to the 2nd guy, he also had that tone and I showed him the tag and he said that was good enough but stated I had to pay for the box and started laughing, not sure why, but it didn't bother me. The way they were talking wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. They should be checked many other people are not as resonable.

Everybody! Avoid coming to this location! Heed the warnings all of the 1 star reviews are leaving, because it’s absolutely true. I just went there to send a return package with a pre-paid FedEx label.
I’m going to tell you my experience so that you guys do not go there and hopefully the business shuts down from bankruptcy. I came on here to see if anyone else had been treated bad and I come to find out reading the negative reviews that I was not the only one.
It’s worth noting that the NUMEROUS negative reviews are dated back many years, so that shows me that the management of that location does not care to listen to the customers, and that the issues have not been and will not be addressed.
Ok grab a popcorn: here we go.
I went in the store and my first impression was that was it was empty/completely deserted. First red flag. As I approached the counter, there was an older man there (previous reviewers have said his name is jose?) staring at his computer screen.
This man did not look up to acknowledge me or to greet me and ask me what I needed help with. Second red flag.
I greeted him good morning and then he slowly turned with eyebrows raised at me and came with an attitude. He wasn’t standing directly in front of me, he stood just off center which I found weird. Like he didn’t want to deal with me. Third red flag.
I told him I had a prepaid label for a return package. I pressed the label on the box and then I stated that I was going to need more tape around and on top of the label, to which he said “yes we always put more tape.” As he said that we made eye contact and his prideful gaze was seething mal-content. I caught the vibe immediately because the eyes don’t lie. Fourth red flag.
Now, I know how I am and I’m a very blunt person and I was going to say something about the attitude and unpleasant behavior but I just wanted to drop off the package and leave immediately, so I bit my tongue and kept my mouth shut.
He grabbed the box and then without communication he proceeded to jump over to the cashier lane to my right, and left me standing there in an empty lane and counter. He could have said politely that he would help me out in the other cashier but he didn’t. Fifth red flag.
I followed suit and went to the side he went to and at this point I’m biting down my tongue so incredibly hard to the point I wanted to call the unprofessional behavior out and address it immediately. It was that bad. But he printed out the drop off receipt and handed it to me just then, and I turned around and left.
I was more worried that he would destroy my package or sabotage it than anything else. Which is another factor that kept me from telling him to ease up with the rude behavior. I thank God I wasn’t buying anything there, and that I had a prepaid label.
Based off on the horrible reviews, these are deeply rooted issues that management seems to sweep under the rug again and again. We all can go to other locations where we will be treated better.
To the management team and owner of that location: Karma will get you in the end. For not addressing the customer complaints, rude behavior, and lack of professionalism. With the proper training, it could have been a much nicer experience for the community that you serve.

Great experience here at Kinkos.. I was in desperate need to print up some shipping lables for an important package , Tito and his staff were extremely helpful in completing the project of not only printing lables,but securely boxing the items. Great job guys..!!
