Great service, Ross was patient & helpful and connected well with customers. The lobby has cellphone chargers and stocked coffee and was playing ghostbusters, arguably one of the most entertaining movies to exist.

June 16, 2024 we walked in to a fire stone store because we have a Pueblo tires credit card and we were happy to see that they were open on a Sunday because we needed a brand new battery for our vehicle. The employee there was very polite very knowledgeable on her job. She’s been there for several years. She made us feel at home, we hardly didn’t even have to wait that long to get the new battery. I told her to give me customer service phone number so I could call and get when the payment will be due and how much the payment would be. And the representative for fire stone was very polite over the phone gave me some advice to pay off the account in six months to avoid any interest so I do recommend highly fire stone on 23rd St. in Mcallen Texas. We recently went to get a full synthetic oil change since we were leaving out of town to visit family.I hadn't checked under the hood until I got to San Antonio and these guys left a hanger on top of the motor which I didn't understand why there was even a hanger in there.Then they didn't even put the top that goes over the washerfluid.Plus they said that we needed a air filter which we had recently changed a month prior to going.We of course told them no and I huess I should of checked under the hood before leaving the facility.

Got a flat tire right after work and all other tire places closed at 6pm. But when I called Firestone, they helped me right away! And they're open til 7pm!! Super impressed and thankful for their help.

Maria Torres took the time to review service recommendations from another service shop then conducted a complete vehicle inspection. She was able to explain the services that I actually needed which resulted in me saving time and money. I’ve learned to never take my vehicle anywhere else ever again. I am grateful for her care, thoroughness, and attention to detail. She truly prioritizes customer service. Maria is a true asset to this organization.

I went in to get one of my tires fixed it had a nail. Was told I needed to replace all 4 tires, 3 of my tires I had bought from you all on 11/19/2021 I have only had them for 2 years and you all are trying to get new ones. I was very upset,I was told that because I didn't get the alignment. I went to Pueblo tire for the one tire I needed and the alignment (which was told it was fine) and they had to refix the tire with the nail because your patchwork still left my tire leaking. Very disappointing you just lost a customer.
