I had the worst experience at this location. Brandon or Bryan was helping me and he was so rude. Aside from that, you could barely understand what he was saying, he was mumbling. Worst customer service! Please go to another pawn shop. Stay away from this one.

Customer Service from Sales Agent Ana was excelente. Every question we had was correctly answered efficiently. Offered other jewelry at store that ended up convincing in taking more. Awesome job! More people like this should be hired! Greatly appreciate her hard work! Thank you!

We were being helped by usual rep Alex and manager kept calling him and fussing with him instead of waiting till customers were gone. She made our shopping very uncomfortable. Everytime he went to ask her to see what was best price she just didn't want to take time to do the math or take factors. We have been customers for well over 10 years and very disappointed in woman's attitude. She seems to be upset each and every time we've come to purchase. Joel,linda and Alex are always willing to help.Lidia was also helpful and made purchase from her too.

I asked the guy named Alex to help me because I was next I was looking around for 15 minutes what I want to buy he told me I need to get in line to be help I say I just want to buy one thing to send it to me and I will be on my way before I left I saw something else a silver chain I would like to purchase that but when I asked the lady she call Alex Alex say that he was busy and she refused to help me that lady been working there for a long time while hair glasses big tummy ugly attitude all the time she's only friendly with like people kiss her ass I come to the business not to be your friend sorry but I'm a customer and I've been buying here for over 10 years never been treated like this lately customer service has been going worse and worse in this place I keep coming for the good price but not for the service

Love the great buys at this pawnshop. I find great deals on brand watches here. Joel and Linda are both very helpful and attentive. They provide excellent customer service and the best deal!!!

I am so so happy with this store! Roman Rodriguez saved my daughters Christmas and was able to help me with getting the item I needed and making sure it worked perfectly. He even helped me with a box to wrap it in. Sometimes as parents we can't afford new things that are highly expensive which is why I came to this store and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you Roman for everything you did and when my daughter opens her present the smile on her face will be worth it! I highly recommend this store!
