First time I came there was a sweet older lady with a great attitude she seemed to speak Spanish more comfortably and was very helpful. Second time I come there’s this rude middle aged lady with horrible customer service who seems like she doesn’t enjoy what she’s doing at all, wasn’t helpful. It’s sad how she is the one taking in the customers when she’s horrible at it and makes them feel uncomfortable with her nasty attitude, it’s not that hard not to ruin other people’s days with your attitude problems. Connie,I just want to say that I'm very disappointed with the way my boyfriends Valentines day gift came out. It was not what I had explained to you, nor is like the photo I sent. I asked for his dunks to be wrapped in a bouquet of flowers, but instead he recieved a bouquet of flowers and his dunks wrapped in plastic paper left on the side, completely apart. When I inquired if this company could make this happen, you said yes. Now knowing you clearly couldn't, im left extremely dissappinted and paid WAY too much money for something I could have done myself. Shame on you for taking advantage of a situation like this.

I was looking for a flower bouquet to gift my daughter. I told the lady the color of the rose I would like after she asked me. I also let her know that I would like the wrap to be blue, black, white or silver as those are the school colors my daughter was performing for that night. I pay for the bouquet and I get a horribly wrapped bouquet with a color that was not what I had asked for. I took it simply because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my destination that evening. Horrible service! A customer should be given what they ask for not what the business wants to give at the moment. In addition, I sent messages with these pictures to the business number and never received a response.

I have ordered floral arrangements from here before and I have always been very pleased! So once again, I decided to contact them for arrangements for my baby shower. I was blown away AND so were my guests! Floral & Craft have always been reasonable and they continue to hold my loyalty! Only bad thing is that my guests kept all my arrangements so my husband will be forced to buy me one very very soon! Thank you Floral & Craft for being so professional, polite and reasonable! I look forward to many more years of ordering arrangements from you all!

For over 10 years I've been utilizing Floral & Craft Expressions, and must commend their team to on their efforts. Each arrangement is always made with the freshest selection of flowers and elegantly crafted. Their team truly goes above and beyond. Wonderful locally owned business!

Worst service ever! Don’t buy anything from this place. Flowers showed up at 7 pm! Wrong flowers, no chocolates were order and they sent them, I’m diabetic; no water on the vase, roses were already looking all dead, and the next day were horrible. I’m so dissatisfied never again ordering from this place

Horrendous staff.Told an employee I didn’t like the wrapping done on a gift and was yelled at in the store as the employee screamed and tore the gift boxes and wrapping. I have never seen such horrible service and she still charged me.

I am not from the valley, I was visiting from San Antonio! Stopped in randomly hoping to get a last minute arrangement for a relative in the hospital. The florist mentioned she had been so busy with graduation ceremonies that she had no pre-made bouquets for me to choose from but she offered to make one right then and there. She helped us pick colors and vase, and made it in 10 minutes. It was so affordable and was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Normally these arrangements would be much more expensive than what I paid for. She was so accommodating and helpful and gave us an amazing variety of flowers!
