My husband ordered flowers from this establishment for my birthday (October 3, 2024) they were delivered to my place of employment, by Friday Afternoon October 4, 2024 all of the roses were limp and not in good standing. Did not call the establishment until today, called Flower Hut and spoke to the owner, he was more curious as to why I did let him know as soon as the flowers died....So needless to say I explained my whole schedule for him because he was wondering why I just called him today to let him know about the flowers...What a most ridiculous question....when you order flowers you expect to get your monies worth and especially since my husband always orders from Flower Hut...He was not nice at all and not understanding, so will never order flowers from this establishment ever again, this is not going to make it right, but I was more irritated with the conversation than anything else. NEVER AGAIN!

Custom sympathy arrangement delivery on a Sunday! It was elegant and perfection! It’s hard to order flowers over the phone and trust a flower shop when you have had bad experiences. The gentleman that helped me was amazing!

Flower Hut is AMAZING. The flowers are so bright and beautiful. The staff is friendly and they really strive to help you make the perfect custom arrangement for your loved one. I’m really impressed with the service. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Flowers and stuffed animal was great and delivered on time. Only disappointment was that I called 2 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon and no answer.. chocolates that came with arrangement had mold and some where even open. They did not check before sending. Still waiting for an answer or some kind of response.
