average customer service needs improvement , they need to put other better brands like hoka one one example bondi 8 very bouncy / spongy every day shoe add the foot solution insert would make the shoe better .

They are the Best Foot, Arch, Ankle support store in Texas. We have tried numerous Doctors & arch support stores. This guy can tell you more from the bottom of your shoe than any Doctor. We will travel1500 miles to have him fix or adjust my arches so that I can walk with out pain. Try him I am sure you will be as satisfied as I am. If not he will make it Right!

I was due for custom insoles for years; I finally decided to pay $350 plus tax since my federal insurance doesn’t cover it. I have had pain from plantar fasciitis on and off for years. Enough!!!! They quickly and easily set me up to receive them in about two weeks.The gentleman was very nice.Hope it works. Thank you!
