I had a truly awful experience at this location. After being assured by three different agents over the 1-800 number that I could easily obtain my most recent declaration pages (last six months) by simply walking in and requesting them, the staff at the 10th Street branch refused to help. They repeatedly insisted I would have to wait a month, even after I explained that their information was completely contradictory to what other Fred Loya agents had told me.
The customer service here is frustrating and unhelpful. Valeria, who I spoke to on the phone, kept repeating the same nonsense without offering any solutions.
Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue hassle-free at the Pharr location, where I received excellent service from Silvia, a professional and kind representative who handled everything promptly and efficiently.
Avoid the 10th Street branch at all costs. Save yourself the headache and go to a location where the staff actually know what they’re doing.

Terrible customer service manager yelled at me because I wasn’t wearing a mask , they seem to be very attach to there traditional roots and how they where raised in there culture. Not professional .

I was basically argued that I didn't understand what an excluded driver meant. If I don't want someone's name on my policy then I shouldn't have to put their name on it period. After agreeing to sign, four weeks later, I get an email that the exact person I was trying to NOT be under my insurance was insured to drive my car! After this location went through all that trouble to argue with me to have me sign to get them "excluded". I went to the 23rd location to get them removed AGAIN and it went much smoother. Don't go here.

The insurance agents are professional and very helpful, the insurance coverage payments are accessible and I have been working with this insurance company for years without any problem, I recommend this insurance company if you are not able to pay a high amount of money every single month. ??

I don’t recommend this facility at all…. People are not trained well especially Jaime! This big goof what he don’t know he invents. So I try to speak to a supervisor and he lies. He’s charged me twice before I don’t know why he is still employed.

The service to clients in the McAllen area is horrible in the N 10th office and in the Trenton office (as if they were scolding you). They speak rudely to you, they have no interest in helping you or offering you options, you don't explain well and they give you wrong information.
Before it was much better. I have been with them for 15 years and these last few times the attention was fatal.

Good cheap as hell but one thing that kinda sucks is nothing is automated no digital insurance card if you have to change anything like even a payment method cuase what ur driving to fredloyas lol but where else can you get insurance at least liability for 50 bucks a month

Stopped by to get an auto/home insurance quote. Employee who "greeted" (not very inviting) quickly advised us they didn't do home insurance. When I asked why did they advertise they did (written on building), he said they specialized on auto. They use an outside company for home but he didn't know details of that company so couldn't quote is home insurance...

As a car sales person myself I can attest that Fred loya is the worst insurance place.
Fred loya is every sales persons nightmare and they never paid out and screwed over my mother in law... run away!
