I received a gift from here. Didn't like it so I went to return it without a receipt hoping to exchange it or get store credit. They refused to do either saying they don't take returns without receipts. The items were unworn with the tags attached. I thought it was weird since just about all stores offer store credit you just have to provide an ID. I googled the policy & they do take returns without receipts. They just made there own policy in store & were super rude to top it off!
