Very disappointed! Went in to fix my back camera as it was looking very ugly, the back one and they said it would be two hours max and that they would not charge me due to it being apple care coverage , they said they might break my back camera and then called me and told me they broke the back camera lens trying to take it off. Now they won’t give me back my phone at all until they “fix it” 2-3 days it’s going to take they said. It’s stupid they broke my camera even more and now won’t give it back.

Geek squad in McAllen don’t do anything for Apple products. They are an Apple authorized store and was referred to them by Apple and yet as soon as I get in line they tell me they don’t service my product. Then why is Apple referring me to them. Geek squad is useless

What a joke. Had another location cancel three appointments so came to the Jackson rd store. Got here and was told that since my iPhone 11 had a couple of scratches on the screen they couldn’t replace the battery. They said the screen would break trying to open it. I have done this job myself on phones just like this. It’s obvious they have no clue what they are doing. Don’t waste your time with these clowns with your Apple gear, with your $200 laptop, maybe…. At least this store kept the appointment.

Had a horrendous experience. A guy with long hair at counter. Wanted to force me to sign a paper that said I was satisfied with service performed when I had not even received the item back . Manager had to step in.
