BSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!! The so claimed “owner” is extremely unprofessional.
The vin number to the vehicle was provided prior to dropping off the vehicle needing service… & 2 days after dropping it off (after trying to give the run around) he claimed we gave him the incorrect model.
WHAT WAS THE VIN NUMBER FOR ?!
When approached and asked about he blamed it on the customer…
Unprofessional. Absolutely NO communication. If you value your time DO NOT STOP HERE.

Robert is so disrespectful !! Always acts like everyone is an inconvenience . Cusses people out in Spanish and thinks they don't understand . WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE ANYMORE AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE . Terrible service !! 0 STARS if it was an option .

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with this company. I brought my vehicle in for a sunroof replacement and provided the VIN MUNBER up front — the most accurate way to identify the correct glass. Despite this, they ordered the WRONG part.
What’s worse, they didn’t tell me they ordered the wrong part until TWO DAYS LATER — after giving me vague answers and excuses as to why it was taking longer than expected. I had already paid in full, and now I’m being told I have to wait another 2 weeks for the right part to come in because of their mistake.
The so called owner, who claims to be running the place, is completely unprofessional. No accountability, no real apology, and no sense of urgency to fix the mess they created. I left with no new sunroof, my car untouched, and a huge inconvenience on my schedule.
If you value communication, professionalism, and getting what you pay for, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This place does not take customers seriously, and based on my experience, they don’t know how to run a reliable business either.

I had a very disappointing experience with Robert, who claimed to be the owner. His behavior was unprofessional, making exaggerated and intimidating statements about himself. On top of that, the pricing was misleading, and the service provided was of poor quality. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Worst owner/manager whatever he is. The person who quotes is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Talking to me like I don’t know what car I own and what specs it has. And to top it off over charging for a windshield I had already gotten a quote for which was from him. I don’t recommend ever having to deal with this person. IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD. Because this business is horrible. A leech of a person.

Terrible customer service experience. Went to this business for a glass tabletop for my mother. Spoke with Mr Gomez who talked so much about how knowledgeable they are and how the competition in the valley was subpar and didn’t know what they were doing. I paid the deposit and walked out of the business feeling confident that it would get done correctly and in a timely manner. 3 weeks later and my mother finally got the glass installed. It had to be modified because (per Mr Gomez) they didn’t have the capability of cutting out the curves without breaking the glass. He claims they broke 3 glasses in trying to make it. They ended up rounding off corners since my mom was ok with it. The final piece turned out to be short an 1” on each end. My mother being a humble older lady decided she just wanted her table protected and said she was ok with it. He discounted taxes. I called him to ask what was going on. Waited 3 weeks and it still wasn’t done right. His response “Well. I already lost money on this deal bcuz I broke 3 pieces trying to cut it out so it is what it is. We aren’t doing it again. I discounted the taxes, this is a business”. If it were my table I would have returned the glass and gotten my money back but I couldn’t convince my mother as she was tired of waiting and just wanted to be done with this ordeal and decided to keep it. Mr Gomez. Don’t let ur mouth sign checks ur capabilities can’t cash. U talked bad about the competition y nomas vino a dar las nalgas.
