I have been trying to get the process going for a mortgage loan since May? It is now the end of October and I have gotten nowhere. Such a waste of my time! Kenneth has been so unprofessional by not responding to my messages or providing updates. I just am so disappointed with his “customer service”. He has made our first attempt at being 1st time home buyers so unpleasant and frustrating. Moving on to find a different loan officer.

Hilary made this process very simple and easy! She was able to right fit my wife and I needs. She described each and every column from our loan and specifics from each charge. She also was very personable remembering details of our family and ourselves. She was very efficient with getting me the documents I needed to sign as well as submitting them, quickly. Lastly, she was able to finish off entire process with a nice house, a house warming gift, and a forever experience. I recommend Hilary to everyone who wants a sentiment yet meaningful process when buying a home!

Kenneth and his team are amazing! They made the financial side of buying a home so easy that it was a great relief. When I signed at the closing, I was so surprised to have Kenneth there too. This is the third house I’ve bought and I’ve never had the financial people there. Thanks Kenneth for making this an easier path and always having a smile!

This being our first home purchase I knew that great communication was the key during this process and the staff at Gold Financial did just that . Everything went really smooth from start to finish. Priscilla and Sandy were awesome and helped my sister and I with any questions and had us updated every step of the way .
