I’ve been calling this store since AUGUST and they never answer the phone. It’s either busy or they just never pick up. I’ve been trying to get my ring inspected for 6 months now and when I went back in August it was closed. I never received and email or call telling me they were going to be closed. Recently I’ve been calling, even called the mall costumer service and again nobody answered. Left a voice mail, no call back. I had to go to Gordon’s website and chat with a representative and ask if the store went out of business. Today I tried calling again before making the trip since nobody answered AGAIN I checked store hours, says it opens at 10am came by at 10 there were people inside but it was closed, asked and they told me that they don’t open until 11. I don’t think words can describe how much I loathe this store.

I asked for a ring to get resized, it took 28 days to get back to the store, I had to call them several times on it, it finally came in and it was bent on the bottom, had a mark on it where they cut it, the name inside was not centered. It was very poorly done. The day I picked up the ring, the sales reps were so lazy, rude, not friendly. I will return the ring today & NEVER shop there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE IN McALLEN, TX..
