I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I came in for a tire they didn’t have in stock. They installed a smaller one “for now” and told me to come back once the right size arrived. That tire deflated within the week.
I called the shop to explain, and the lady told me to bring my vehicle in. When I got there, I was told (again) the tire wasn’t in stock. An employee named Tony (or Antonio) took my number and said he’d call me when it arrived. A few days later, he called and said to come in Monday, as they’d have more inventory.
That meant I had to drive around all weekend with an air compressor just to keep the tire inflated.
Then on Monday, he called again — not to confirm the tire, but to invite me to breakfast. I ignored that and let him know I’d be coming in later that day. When I arrived, he wasn’t even there, and no one else could help me. I left, again, without a tire.
This whole process has been beyond frustrating, and I still don’t have the replacement I was promised. Disappointing end to years of loyalty. Now I have to find another shop that can actually help — because I can’t rely on Guero Tires.

Got my tires changed July 9th and that very day it started losing air and was flat by the next day. I work graveyard shifts at a hospital nearby so I didn’t have time to get it fixed until the morning of July 17th. Talked to a lady (manager?) on the phone when I got there and she said even though it’s past warranty that they’ll see what they can do. Instead of changing it they didn’t do anything but fill it with air which I had already been doing every day and sent me on my way. A couple hours later, it’s completely flat 0psi and when I drive to my nearest gas station it tears to shreds and is now undrivable. I will have to pay for ANOTHER tow truck to get it changed. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me when I said it was flat because i had JUST refilled it with air on my way there because it had a psi of 4 and I filled it to 32 (which btw it got down to 28 just in the drive to get there) or if they think I’m stupid and wouldn’t notice that they didn’t change it but I am furious. It was a used tired so maybe I should’ve just paid for the new one but I’m tight on funds at the $35 I paid didn’t seem bad at the time. Well now I’m paying the price. Just be wary if you get used tires from here and don’t expect them to replace it if it’s flat because apparently the warranty is shorter than 7 days. Especially if you have a job and you can’t get a day off before the warranty expires. 0/10

Dude was great. We went in for a leaky tire and he fixed it right away with reasonable prices. He showed us where the leak was and fixed it for a reasonable price. No upselling needed, just great customer service with honest work ethic. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

I needed a tire repair shop that’s open at night, and it was already 8pm. I called the number and my call was immediately answered by a friendly voice. So I went and was greeted by a friendly lady who I think answered the phone call. The place was busy, but I was attended to fairly quickly. The tire tech is professional and skilled that he immediately went to diagnose why my tire is losing air. Upon inspecting it, my tire has no nail in it. So the the lady asked me questions about the tire and have my tire checked again until they found that the valve where you put air through the tire is leaking, and it needs replaced. She told me where to buy it (@ Oreilly’s) as they don’t sell the valve with a sensor on it. They put air in my tire and put it back on my car so I can go get the needed valve. When I got back, the tech went to work on replacing the valve and fixing my tire. All it cost me was $15. I appreciated them so much - friendliness, skill, quickness, that I paid $25.
It was late at night and they were open the whole day yet even late in the evening they still met me and the work with the same energy and enthusiasm as in the daytime. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Huge lifesaver! I got a nail stuck in a tire early on a Sunday morning, worried I had to wait till 9-10. Thankfully, I found this place & they helped out quickly. The repairman was both patient & understanding, helped out the bare necessities without selling extra, unnecessary services. Will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a quick tire service!
