Looks like Rebecca at this pharmacy needs some customer service skills. All i did was call to ask if a prescription was ready and answers the phone so rude. Mam, if you don't like your job field, look for another!!! I know its Valentines Day and you more than likely have nobody who loves you, but don't take it out on the rest.

This HEB Pharmacy has no respect for its customers especially the Pharmacy manager she insists manufacturers coupons are to blame for pricing and will not look into the coupons used previously.Says will not work with you. At the end she apologies whither not a good turn out. The lady at the window says you go look for your coupon after waiting in line for 30 minutes. This Pharmacy is very unprofessional.
