H-E-B is a store with great prices, brands, quality, and selection. It strives to provide the best customer experience at everyday low prices. The store offers excellent attention and very good service, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The line wait at the business center and self check-out is extremely easy. Most everything customers look for is available, and the location is very convenient. The floral department can make arrangements. H-E-B brand products deliver uncompromising quality. The store now offers convenient curbside pickup and grocery delivery. However, there is a recommendation to monitor the grape area. Some customers report issues with damaged food, including items with damaging materials, and express frustration with the refund process for spoiled meat, feeling the store can be quick to say there is nothing they can do.

I stopped going to the HEB on 2nd Street and started going to this HEB and the customer service here is phenomenal The management is phenomenal nice I feel welcomed here at this HEB
