I've bin going to heb Trenton since 2003 it's an excellent grocery shop, except for this one employee named "Hilda" who has bin very discriminative to my disabled Aunt who's in a wheelchair and I since 2005 and yet she still remains that way with her attitude towards customers. This morning she was staring at me all prejudice like when I'm just trying to shop in peace . I always avoid going to her register because of her rude remarks . Its always an unpleasant experience going to that store when that lady is there. This has bin going on for too long I don't know what her problem is , but it needs to stop.

HEB really needs to be updated on offering different ways to pay if you forget your card, how is it the only grocery chain that has yet to have some type of online payment source? It's part of the normalcy of this society. It's super annoying. And now they don't even let you put in your card manually? Get it together. please.
I forgot my card at home due to having a super busy life and job. I had no lunch or meals set for the week so I stopped to get what I needed and forgot my card. The store was closing and I spoke to how urgent I needed the grocery and yet no solution was given to me because of these "new" rules. I used to work for HEB and you would think that by now things would be updated to not have these issues happen. I wasted 45 minutes shopping for nothing, I'll have to go again when I have time, and not have any lunch prepared for tomorrow.
