Who ever is running this business thinks he is running an antique store!!! Everything is over priced!! I wanted to donate some WD40 so they can spray the front door, but they will probably sell the rest for $9.99 “as is”!

I have been to Habitats all over the US. Prices are ridiculous for a Habitat at this location. You can tell items are just coming in and no one is buying. Everything is filthy. Most things I looked at were close to an original price. Be ashamed , this is a non profit that is trying to act like a retail store.

Inventory always changing. Often can find deals on things needed for projects around home. Lots of hardware, fixtures, windows and more. Also surprised they have glossy decorations, dishes and books.

The prices at this store keep getting worse and unfortunately the staff attitudes are following suit. I've been a customer here for quite some time, but there's been a negative shift within the last couple of years. This store is meant to help the community on many fronts (many citizens of the valley are underprivileged themselves), but at this point it just seems like any other overpriced store with moody staff. Considering Habitat for Humanity's reputation, that's a shame.

As a loyal customer who frequently shops at this Restore location, I feel it's important to share my disappointing experience during my latest visit. Normally, I appreciate the value offered by Restore, but the incident I encountered has made me question my loyalty. On this particular visit, I found a mirror priced at $95 with a blue tag (indicating a 20% discount). The mirror, placed behind other mirrors, had been on the shelf for some time, as I had seen it on previous visits. Given the product's reasonable price, I decided to purchase it.However, things took an unpleasant turn at the checkout. A staff member insisted on checking the price, so I followed her back to the product. Upon seeing the blue tag placed on top of an orange tag (which typically indicates a 50% discount), she began loudly questioning the discrepancy to a colleague, who was merely a few meters away. This created an uncomfortable scene and felt unnecessarily confrontational. The matter was escalated to management, where the situation deteriorated further. The manager referred to the mirror's retail price of $244 (shown on his phone), which, quite frankly, was not relevant to me as a customer looking for discounted goods at Restore. Instead of acknowledging and rectifying the pricing confusion, the manager recalculated the price, making it $7 higher than the original tag.Despite the fact that the store seemingly made a pricing error, I was treated as if I had attempted to manipulate the price tags. I found this not only disappointing but also contrary to the store's mission and values. The issue could have been resolved with a simple apology and honoring the marked price, which I would have happily paid. For the owners' reference, please review the CCTV footage to gain a clear understanding of the situation. As a frequent customer, my purchasing record should also verify my commitment to your store.I didn't receive an apology or any attempt at resolution during this encounter. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unvalued. This is not the standard I've come to expect from Restore.I sincerely hope that my experience can serve as a catalyst for positive change in how pricing errors and customer complaints are managed in the future.
