We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday here and had a fantastic time! The staff was incredibly helpful, and our host, Fran, went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. The kids had an absolute blast jumping all afternoon, while the parents enjoyed the massage chairs by the game area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the wonderful memories we made.
Helium Park is a great place for celebrations! A special thank you to Mr. Jerry for being so attentive and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Great teamwork all around!

We had a reservation but the birthday kid get sick like two days before the event and lost our money, so be careful with your reservation and how they explained the rules to cancel or rescheduled your event. Never coming back to this place. So sad for the poor customer service.
Mr. Owner I did not ask for a refund, I ask for a reschedule and it was denied, there is not going to be a future visit or event from me or anyone from my family or friends due to this. You can keep my $70 and be happy robbing customers. I’ll have the event in a better place and you will not have my money ever again.

I love this place but I definitely won't come back after an employee or perhaps the owner is from the place Francisco ~franc- it's a rude insinuation that he was going to run us out in front of my children and they were very scared. We were even going to celebrate one of my children's birthday but from the moment I arrived I was attended to by a young lady with short hair who was very friendly and cheerful and I even felt very comfortable but later when we filled out the computer room Fran and very bad-natured helped us From the beginning, when he behaved like that, the very kind manager apologized and told us to try to have a good time and from what I see, it's not the first time that's happened. The truth is, I was about to call the police and charge him because his attitude was very rude and very humiliating, wanting us to leave the place, maybe discrimination, I don't know, but he can't do that and well, the manager apologized and told us that he was very sorry for what we had been through and that's when I stopped myself, but ask me if I'll ever go back and go. with 3 friends with their children they said the same thing they will not return 😭

Terrible attention from the party coordinator! I was invited and a boy named Juan Francisco Fran is really very rude and despotic, he threw the pizzas at us and when he said something he told us that he was not going to run :( and that we should do whatever we wanted, as a guest I went to leave so as not to argue or pass Shame that I actually came was too rude and arrogant

Gentleman who opened the park today was super nice to my son with autism made it very enjoyable visit we will come back

We took my grandkids for the very first time to this place and to say the least, it was nasty. The foam blocks are all dirty, you sit on the parent benches and they are horrible, I almost ripped my leggings on the of those benches. Too many kids running around instead of jumping. I get that you all have baby and mommy time, but not everyone can make it at that time or days and you all should have an area just for smaller kids. No bigger kids allowed. To have a big trash can placed on one of the trampolines cause of the water dripping was horrible, as I seen in other reviews the same issue still remains. The place was HOT! Restrooms were dirty and restroom stalls don’t lock. Nets torn! The back area seemed to be only used to jump into there foam blocks cause everything was broken. To charge what you all charge, you should have the place well kept.

We were given the opportunity to close the park for our private event and it was the best decision we made. Kids enjoyed the birthday party and received the best service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure kids had fun and safe. The manager Rigo is was awesome made sure everything came out as planned, great leader. I highly recommend this place for parties of any kind. Thank you to everyone that made this day special.

Horrible unsanitary restrooms. When I notified the front desk workers, they told me "we don't have soap". This entertainment establishment at 801 W Dove Ave is completely unfit for business in McAllen. Look at the pictures. Helium is not adhering to the city of McAllen requirements and in direct violation of unsanitary conditions for visitors and the workers. On another note, the music is all sexual hip hop and early 2000s era (nothing wrong with that, but this is a park filled with kids and families). The songs are about as disgusting as you can imagine.
We won't be going back and I'll make sure none of my family or friends book any services there ever again. Embarrassing establishment and VERY GROSS.

It was okay. My kids had fun. I’m curious to know when they last they really cleaned was. Not just a quick sweep and/or mop. When I came in the first girl I spoke to sent me to a boy and then he had someone else help me. That last boy called someone on the phone to ask questions since I had paid the night before. At one point I look outside and I see one of the female workers with her shirt knotted at her back outside with a clip board waving one hand around and ‘talking’ to the older man outside who was cleaning. He was cleaning and she was following him around. It looked disrespectful. It looked like if she was yelling at him. When she came back inside she was complaining to another worker less than one foot from us. I felt uncomfortable for the man.

Today was my first time visiting this trampoline park along with my friend and our small children. The front desk lady was incredibly unprofessional and rude. My friend was trying to get clarification on pricing and the lady became hostile and defensive. Not a great representation of a facility that is supposed to be geared towards families and children.

???We rented a private room for my son’s ??party. I would highly recommend this location for kids parties. They were very attentive. There was one gentleman that took care of us the entire time. Was very much on top of drinks & ??. The overall cost was very affordable. We had the same type party at a location in another state and it was about 3-4 times the cost. The kids had a blast. If you are looking for a place for a kids party check them out. I recommend the private room it’s worth the extra money.
