My daughter tried calling the McAllen La Plaza mall location at least 6 times and no one answered. She was trying to see if rhey had a certain jean style in her size and didnt want to drive an hour to find out they didnt. I get it, that mall is packed on Saturday but bad customer service is bad service regardless. Train your staff better or adjust your employee schedule for more coverage.

Bought a pair of jeans and when I got home checked the bag and realized they left the garment sensor on. I live 25 miles away and had to drive back then next day. The security sensor should be checked because it didn’t go off when we walked out, and customers should not have to be checking to make sure there aren’t mistakes with the clothing. When I went back to get the sensor taken off we explained what a huge inconvenience it was, and asked if they could compensate us with a discount and the managers response was no sorry it was a “human error”. I work in retail. That is not a human error. It’s irresponsibility on the clerks behalf.
on a positive note there was a very nice girl (in a yellow shirt) that helped us place an online order.

Great customer service! Management and sales associates are very professional, helpful, and kind. I enjoy going to this Hollister because their clothes are very great material and fabric. High quality. Also, the vibe inside is very welcoming. I Recommend checking out Hollister at the McAllen Mall.

Good option to buy clothes for kids... I had to visit the store on Taxaa Free day and it was packed because there were very good specials.
