Veronica is one of the most best employees that I’ve seen here in Home Depot in the last year’s. She is outgoing yeah, has great attitude and extremely professional with production. She always smile even when it’s hot and a great attitude. This store needs more of her….

I want to give special mention to Joseph from Home Depot north McAllen store. He is a very hard worker and does not mind going above and beyond for customers. He’s helped us take our heavy purchases to our vehicles with no complaints and try to find ways to make things work every time. Unlike the other guy at the back helping with lifting and with curbside who does not seem to be there to help the customers. Joseph is an asset to your store. Thank you for all your hard work Joseph!

If I could put no star I would. Every time I go no one wants to help. You ask a worker for help he says "I will get someone for you" and nothing. I ask someone else and they say "it is in line whatever" and then I ask can you please help I don't seem to know which one is the correct one and they say again "I will send someone" and again nothing. In all honesty I am not asking for anything for free and I am going to pay for what I need. I guess since the store knows it still sells they don't seem to care if they lose customers. I even saw a men telling a worker I am going to buy this bathtub can you please get it for me and the worker told him "oh I don't know I am not from this department" the worker calls on the radio and this other worker comes and they both walked away living the men with no help. it is funny how when important people are at the store like managers or supervisors or higher corporate people they are all friendly and nice to customers. Some even want to carry you to the car. It is so frustrating that workers think we just want to bother them for free. And yes all the Home Depots are the same.

This location in particular is the most disorganized and unhelpful store.
I asked for help locating a shower head and was told by two separate employees to "go find someone else to ask". So I am, all the way to Lowes.
My disabled partner was asking for assistance and was refused help because "I dunno, go ask another guy".

Almost every piece of 2x4 had this nasty black mold on it. Very disappointing.
