Talk about disrespectful cashiers and managment...Namely a manager named Aron. And the cashier older lady that was at the cash register by the pro center about 15 minutes ago. the single cashier box. She was so rude and unprofessional. Then when the problem was reported by the cashier he sent her on break and went to the customer and the manager Aaron listened rolled his eyes and walked away. Not an alology for how the cashier treated the customwr or anything. You wont see me shop there ever agian if thats how they treat their customers. I wont ever recommed this place to any friend or family member. SHAME ON YOU AARON!!! YOU NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO DOES THAT RUDE CASHIER!!!

I want to give a high five, kudos, and job well done to Monica for going above and beyond. We'd ordered four food-safe buckets with lids. She brings out four lids but no buckets. The ticket she had showed the order filled but, with no buckets, it was not. She went back into the store to search. She finally returned with a note that there were no buckets at the store in the bin location listed, though the inventory showed 24 buckets. She did so much walking back and forth and was so kind and apologetic. She exemplifies the spirit of McAllen, Hidalgo County, and the Valley in this COVID-19 crisis. Patience, kindness, friendliness. Thank you, Monica. Thank you, The Home Depot. The electronic inventory failed us but human kindness did not.

Home Depot will take your $ & NEVER communicate with you! Ordered major appliance with delivery date 7 days later. NO call day b4 NOR no call day of delivery. I contacted CS only 2b told delivery would be another week. NO apology. no compensation, NOTHING. Cancelled order as I will spend my $$ elsewhere if I ever get it back! Ordered online now they tell me I MUST go to store 4 my refund. Store AssMgr Santos tells me they need to wait for AG-, in case it gets delivered! Show him CANCELLED ORDER doc he tell me there is nothing he can do because its SUNDAY

I was questioned like I had stolen something! Know your products or check into it without making an idiot out of yourself getting a attitude! I kept looking to read the woman's name but it was so faded, I couldn't make out her name. Rude! Just went in to purchase lights.

Worst customer service. Half of the employees avoid eye contact so you won't ask them for help and pretend not to hear you. The rest are just plain rude and want to sell you what is most practical for them to avoid looking for and climbing a ladder.

Trash place. Non of members know what they are doing, they all walked past you and ignore the clients. When I went to customer service the ladies didn't understand how to operate the computers. They finally called the manager ToNy Alvarez and it took him near a half hour to show up! The store is not that big! And when he finally showed up he was dragging his feet. We were three clients waiting for him. When he finally showed up he was able to help one of the clients the rest of us didn't have a chance. I tried purchasing a water heater and was told that delivery was an extra hundred dollars (curbside) at least that's what one of the employees said to me. Manager said it's only $69 so I wonder where the rest of the money was going to go. Website says delivery with installation is free yet here it's not the case, it's extra I just wasted my valuable time that is irreplaceable. I do not understand what type of place stays in business like this? It's ridiculous the employees and manager don't know anything! I don't understand how they offer all these installation packages but yet don't have installers. What kind of scam are they running here? As a regular Home Depot customer this store is a disappointment. I will not be returning to this location or any of the locations here in the valley for that matter. It seems like all the employees do the impossible to avoid the customers and to avoid helping . None of them understand any of the questions you bring to the table. If you ask them a question in English they answer you in Spanish doesn't matter if your Spanish is broken they still answer you in Spanish. Word of advice train the employees better get rid of this manager, he's a joke ToNy Alvarez you did not belong in such a position. The ladies at customer service couldn't find an item a client was trying to order yet when Tony showed up, he found the item online within 2 mins. I really Hope Tony gets better training or is replaced immediately! Upper management should really straighten this place out.

There are big hardware stores in the area Home Depot and the other guys. Home Depot employees are very helpful which tells me the management treats the employees very so the employees are willing too pass the good attitude on. I would rather drive a little farther for better service
