“Great location within walking distance to mall and airport. Staff was very hospitable and courteous, and the hotel itself and room were very clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Hot tub is fantastic but be aware that pool hours are strictly enforced. Other than that, had a pretty good time, no complaints.”

“GREAT location - a short walk across the parking lot to the hospital (about 50 yards) - closest of any nearby hotel. Huge parking lot that can easily handle any size RV, truck, van or handicap vehicle. Very understanding/kind Front Desk that will allow you to remain parked in their lot after check-out if you're waiting for your loved-one to be released from the hospital. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Restaurants close by and within walking distance. Perfect location if using the hospital. Easy to find with nearby on/off ramps.”

“Overall clean and friendly staff. Only down side no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Also was told that the website mentioned the elevator was not working, which it did not, so I had my parents walking to the 3rd floor. They need to have better notification to guests prior to check in in these events”

“The receptionist on the night shift was very friendly, the guy on the early shift was very helpful in trying to get a taxi for me, and when he couldn't get the service for me to be at the headquarters on time, he took me himself so that there would be no setbacks. Excellent staff, and the room clean, with everything you need to rest that night.”
