I love the way Susana does my taxes! Everything is always perfect and I never have to worry, because I know that I'm getting a fair deal and I never have to wait for more than a few minutes at the most. I will never let anyone else do my taxes. Please keep doing what you're doing.

This is my second year doing my Taxes here. The girl who helped me was very kind, always explaining everything very well and giving me the best advice for the future. I feel confident, and it is clear that they do care about the client. It will definitely continue to be the place I go every year!

Very unprofessional Employee (Adrian) the fact that this man chose to blame my phone for my account not "appearing" instead of finding a solution or offering some additional help, he just kept repeating, I can't help you, I can't help you. This company needs to offer their employees some training in customer service. Very disappointed in my experience. I had to make another appointment at another location 4 days from now which is very inconvenient.

Went to H&R block to get a loan. They are no longer using a source of income now it's just your work check and nothing else. Also everything is up loaded.If not they cannot help you until you up load your documents check stub, ID, and SS. I'm very disappointed that they changed they're loans this year.

received wonderful service from Ms. Rima Morales. She took time to listen to my situation and was kind throughout the entire process. Wait time was minimal and the appointment itself was as fast as possible, but I did not feel rushed. 10/10 and would absolutely visit ms Rima again. Thank you very much!
