Would rate a 0 if I could. Worst customer service ever! You can be in line for over 20 mins with no acknowledgement or watch cars that arrive after you leave before you. These tellers better yet the bank as a whole definitely needs to be re trained on their service skills!.

It took 40 minutes to cash a check through Motor Bank. And that’s cause I have an account and the check was from IBC. Horrible horrible service

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR 20 MINUTES, DELILAH COMES TO HELP ME BUT NOT EVEN A HELLO OR APOLOGIZED FOR WAITING. AS IF I BOTHERED HER FOR ASKING HER FOR A NEW IBC DEBIT CARD FOR HAVING A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION ON MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I ALSO ASKED A QUESTION REGARDING THAT, AND SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Tellers talking about people and calling them names! Saying people come in mad referring to customers as dogs! Like WOW! I will NEVER come to this bank again!
