Reviewing a bank is hard. And usually we all post when we have a bad experience and want to warn others. So I'm writing my review while I haven't had a good or bad experience to be objective.The good first; whatever issue I have with my account, they solve it. So locally, they are fine. Most tellers and managers are fine. They go out of their way to help you, as far as their authority goes, which isn't much.Which leads me to the bad; everyone bows down to corporate policy. So it really doesn't matter how nice you are trying to resolve your issue. Corporate is corporate, no matter where you go.Oh, and one more bad thing, there is a glitch with IBC and Venmo. If you have an IBC account, and disconnect from Venmo, you can't connect your account again. They have been "working" on this issue for months, and it's still not resolved. I repeat, IBC HAS AN UNRESOLVED GLITCH TO WHERE IT WON'T CONNECT TO VENMO ONCE YOU DISCONNECT YOUR ACCOUNT.If this issue is resolved, I'll gladly update my review.

Bad expeirence with ladies bad mood and mad...requested change for the business and could not it get from this bank had to go 2 block to get change ...its not first it happens that i just gave up on them ...IBC should really look their into their employees how they represent the bank cuz they have very low review score now i know why...

Went inside to cash personal check. Only one teller working drive thru and inside...bad scheduling..2 men sitting at computers, female teller busy but friendly and courteous.

I, personally have always had excellent experiences here. It’s a small bank and very close to my house. I have been in and out in less than ten minutes each time. The ATM is a whole different story. What a joke and nightmare. I don’t even consider wasting my time driving to it. It never accepts deposits and/or it’s out of service. Sometimes I go just because I’m a hopeful person but it always disappoints. I don’t recall going through the drive through but after reading the reviews on it, I might just skip it. Inside people are awesome though.

There was a line, however it moved rather quickly. The teller helped me briefly. So happy they have drive thru for easy cash deposits.

DO NOT VISIT THIS BANK! Juan and Sophie are rude, disrespectful and have absolutely no manners. I reported this incident to Customer Service the same day it occurred and received a call back, they would look into matter and get back to me. It's been 8 days since I reported this incident to Customer Service and I have yet to receive a call from bank manager Hipolito Pardo. After being with with IBC for over 25 years, I have never experienced a situation this like before.

Went through the drive through to do my banking and wasn't even acknowledged. No hello, no anything else I can help you with, no thank you, no eye contact whatsoever. Awful customer service at this location. I'll go to another branch from now on.
