My experience at this IBC has been nothing but terribly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve talked to multiple managers and they all say we’ll call u back, Not Surprised that not one of them ever returned my calls when they said they would. Please SAVE YOURSELF from disappointment and FRUSTRATION ..
Run and Find yourself another Bank that puts CUSTOMERS FIRST!!! Oh and DO NOT EVEN DEAL WITH CRYSTAL LEDESMA AT THE TRENTON LOCATION in McAllen, Tx. I waited a whole week for her to Return my calls and NOTHING THEN SHE GOES ON VACATION WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO RETURN MY CALLS. This is Not a Good Place to do your Business if the MANAGER DOESN’T CARE ABOUT DOING HER JOB MUCH LESS TAKE CARE OF HER CUSTOMERS… ENOUGH SAID, THANK YOU…It’s been 2 weeks and still No response from Crystal, not even to apologize for not responding back to me. Pure Rudeness and lack of respect to Customers.

PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION, the ATM machine stoled $310 cash and did not return the money or reflect on the account balance. And the dispute department hasn't done anything for almost a week.Also the dispute department made a mistake and didn't file the report and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Some of the workers are very rude except for one a few of them like Leslie reyes and some of the other ones as well on of them gives attitude.

It’s 5:22 and doors are locked. It clearly states that bank hours are from 9 am till 6 pm.

What ever happened to service with a smile. Girls are rude no eye contact and you have to wait for them to get of their personal phone to help you. To bad my employer has the account here ot else I'd go somewhere else.

I've been an IBC customer for 17 years. For about a year now, I have had constant issues with the tellers at this branch. They have been rude, not helpful, gang up on me when I ask questions, and refuse to help me in many different ways. Instead of being informative, they just say they can't cash my non-IBC checks with different excuses. There's been times that they keep writing my information wrong so they can't pull up my account at all. I live close to this branch, but I have to go to IBC at Walmart to get assistance.Avoid this branch and just go to Walmart. I have NEVER had a single issue at any Walmart branch. There is no excuse for this branch to be so terrible unless all the tellers with bad customer service are sent to this branch.
