PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION, the ATM machine stoled $310 cash and did not return the money or reflect on the account balance. And the dispute department hasn't done anything for almost a week.Also the dispute department made a mistake and didn't file the report and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Some of the workers are very rude except for one a few of them like Leslie reyes and some of the other ones as well on of them gives attitude.

It’s 5:22 and doors are locked. It clearly states that bank hours are from 9 am till 6 pm.

What ever happened to service with a smile. Girls are rude no eye contact and you have to wait for them to get of their personal phone to help you. To bad my employer has the account here ot else I'd go somewhere else.

I've been an IBC customer for 17 years. For about a year now, I have had constant issues with the tellers at this branch. They have been rude, not helpful, gang up on me when I ask questions, and refuse to help me in many different ways. Instead of being informative, they just say they can't cash my non-IBC checks with different excuses. There's been times that they keep writing my information wrong so they can't pull up my account at all. I live close to this branch, but I have to go to IBC at Walmart to get assistance.Avoid this branch and just go to Walmart. I have NEVER had a single issue at any Walmart branch. There is no excuse for this branch to be so terrible unless all the tellers with bad customer service are sent to this branch.

The worst experience and custimer service that completely contradicts it's slogan of "doing more". I went to pay my credit card. They stated they do not do this and to call the 800 number on the card. I told them they do in other branches why not this one. Cristian stated we do not call the 800 number. He said I can make a deposit then pay it. I adked whats the balance and he insisted on calling the 800 number. After hearing a couple times I called from the branch. It was an 888 on the back. Now some fradulent company with a thick accent has my indicative data. I refused to go back to Christian, requested manager yet this person was not there. I spoke to Janely to deposit and complete payment. I voiced my dissapointmemt in lack of customer service and mocked their slogan "doing more". She expressed nothing but apathy. I still kept my composure and my manners, these guys SUCK! Go to the Walmart branch on Nolana. The people there are fantastic! I am beyond disapointed in this branch and how IBC will employ apathetic people of the sort. Shame on you guys to say the least. Now the credit card people are hoping for me recieve my new card before my trip to Mexico that starts in a couple of days. I wish I can give a zero star.
