If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I used to really like this place but it was recently sold out to different owners and they provide horrible service. They are obviously not prepared or ready to run it. I went a couple of days ago to get my shellac removed and changed for a different color. There were 5 ladies there and apparently only one of them was a nail tech. She seemed very young (probably high school age) and you could tell right away that I was probably one of her first clients. I tried to be patient but after 1 hour passed by and she was still trying to remove my shellac, I asked for somebody else to help. I had been smelling the acetone fumes for a long time and she was not even close to done. A lash tech had to step in and attempt to continue the job. A lash tech!!! I should’ve left after so many red flags but I needed my nails done for my sister wedding that night. Anyways, after more than an hour had passed by and they were not even close to taking off the shellac, the lady working on my nails hurt me pretty bad and I started bleeding. I stood up and left! Thankfully they didn’t charge me. Never going there again!! Please stay away from this place! Picture attached.

I stopped here because my nail tech at my usual spot was booked today and I had an early birthday dinner and needed my toes and nails done before my dinner. There were only 2 nail techs here. When I walked in I mentioned I was needing a refill/ shellac and same color on my feet. The man who did my nails did a decent job but cut my nails too short, shorter than where I told him how short I wanted them. When people started to walk in he seemed to rush his work so he can get to the next person that was waiting. When he finished my nails I told him that I wanted to do the same color in my feet, I wasn’t getting a pedi just needed my color changed and nailed cut and filed. He said “can you wait , so I can help the lady that is waiting?” I honestly couldn’t believe he asked me to wait to start another job when what I needed wasn’t done. This place might have some potential if they would staff it properly so that you don’t have to ask people mid job to wait so you can start on someone else. It’s also pretty pricey for what i had done. So unless you have time to wait and the possibly be asked to wait mid work don’t come here.

Lee is the sweetest! She took care of me and my cousin, we will be returning, as a nail tech I was worried about other places cleanliness but this place was spotless!! We will be back forsure

Ive gotten two sets of nails in the past couple weeks and the color variety is amazing! They have so much to choose from. Justin did amazing both times on my nails and I loved the way they turned out! Thank you Justin!!!

Pretty disappointed in my acrylic nails. They did get me in quickly, which I appreciated, but they seemed very rushed throughout the whole process even though I was only 1 of three in the salon. The nails on my right hand look great but the left hand is all bumpy and unevenly clear-coated. It has bubbles bumps and streaks, not worth the $70 I paid. Also, I was not told the amount until after I paid, which I thought was weird and kind of sneaky. (I didn't think to ask until it was already done)

I walked in for a manicure without an appointment one evening and they were quickly able to accommodate me. Very friendly and competent staff, clean facility, and my manicure not only looked great, but my standard nail polish (not gel polish) easily lasted for 2 weeks! Highly recommended!
