They are thieves, they keep the insurance money, they leave your vehicle and don't even touch it, and they don't even call you, or anything, you have to be calling to get information about your car, but that man never answers. They live off theft, they make money from vehicle insurance... but they are rats!!

Apart from the fact that they don't answer me, I had to go to them and they apologized but that they were going to order the part online since they had already received the insurance check, they told me to call, call and call and that fat man never answers, He forwards my calls because it's his cell phone, I've been waiting for 2 months for them to put in the new part and they haven't, they stole the money they took from my insurance, they are the worst thieves!!

Amazing customer service, we went into Toyota and they told us our repair would cost 1,250$ to fix and these guys fixed it for free in 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Was having problems with the cooling system on my 14 Chevy Traverse. It took a little time to diagnose the problem, but they did a methodical approach to problem solving. Very professional yet friendly staff. Once the fans were replaced the problem was solved. They did a good job with keeping me posted about the progress of work. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Jay's has been taking care of my last 4 vehicles (All Mercedes Benz) and I will not go anywhere else. IF they recommend that it goes to the Dealership because the work is still under factory warranty, then I go there, otherwise they are quick to fix it. They use factory parts and their service is excellent. So who cares that I don't get a free Starbucks? I get reliable service and it does not cost me an arm and a leg. What's even better? They check the vehicle from top to bottom for no extra costs. I have absolutely no complaints with Jay's!!!

My Jeep broke down and the expects at Jay where not sure initially what caused the whole engine to collapse l, though figuring it out through weeks of work with periodic follow ups they opted to replace the whole engine via the adjusters suggestion. All was cover on the count it took a bit longer than expected they waived my deductible and the car was sold by an independent agent for equal to or the loan amount. I went ahead and bought a Porsche and had to leave my awesome Jeep wrangler days behind. No real complains just be aware of the complexity of the situation before jumping the gun and being rude they work as hard as possible to make your experience worthwhile . The last thing you want is a mechanic that takes 48 hour fixes with duck tape and break down 3 weeks later l. Trust the process.

Highly recommend Jay’s!!! They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy which is actually really hard to come by!!!! They honestly treat you like family. I’ve been coming here for I want to say 2 years now and NEVER had anything close to a bad experience. Every visit was positive and you can tell they truly care for you and your automotive needs!
