I went to the JCPenney at the Plaza Mall on Feb 12 2026 and Kimberley was the one checking out my items at the register. She was so helpful and really nice. She had very excellent customer service

On 12/16/2025 I went to look for a dress for my daughter, the cashier that helped us a young man, in women’s dept. ELIUD was extremely respectful and very helpful his customer service went above and beyond. Excellent service!!!!

They have some nice clothes and shoes(work). Of good quality and cool brands. They have tons of clothes on clearance too, I Will definitely shop there regularly.
