The truth is that I am surprised by the bad reviews, because they treated me in less than 10 minutes, they took my blood and it didn't even hurt, everyone was very friendly and it is clean, they have good packages, I would definitely come again

Had a great experience! Virtually no wait and I got my results within a few days. They even faxed my results to my doctor within hours of receiving them and emailed them to me to save me a trip. I was a little disappointed they didn't take insurance, but I didn't mind paying to know that the job got done properly after having a bad experience at Labcorp. I will definitely be going back for any other lab tests.

??????Not Even A Star That They Deserve Worse Wait Time Ever Got There At 2:30 Didn’t Get Till 5pm & Staff Is So Unprofessional & Rude To Patients I Mean I’ve Worked For A Clinic Which Is A Faster Place Than A Small Lab & In Less Than 10 min Patients Would Be Out With All Their Labs Done Don’t Recommend This Lab At All ??????????

I don’t recommend this place extremely rude and unprofessional your better off going somewhere else if you can help it if your not fluent in Spanish it’s hard to communicate with them but they do speak English just keep letting the lady know eventually she’ll explain it in English if she dosn’t hang up on you first just an over all unprofessional environment and poor service

I went and did a urine test and I never got the results, never got a call back at all. I asked for my refund after 7 days after I took the urine test and they wouldn’t refund my money when I needed the results three days prior. She charged me 45 dollars which is very expensive but I gave them the benefit of the dought thinking it must be very good service if it’s this expensive but nope, very irresponsible. I hope they step their game Up just saw that there are a lot of one stars. I took my test on a Thursday morning and called Tuesday of the next week couldn’t find my results told me to not in yet called back Friday and I wanted my refund they wouldn’t give it to me they gave me the results instead when I didn’t need it no more
