I would give this place zero stores if I want to this place just no. It was like a girl with black hair we had like scoops in the back who cutted my hair I hope this place closes. I asked to just cut the volume a little bit and the front a bit and the sides just a little cut and then she overcut it the sides and the volume which made my head look like an egg she over cutted my hair

I know we are in a border town but who hires employees who cannot speak English. I called on the phone and could not even ask a basic question. I think it’s nice to have culture and beauty in many languages but this is still America and if you can’t hire one English speaking person it’s very insulting to the rest of us who are not bilingual. It’s always amazing because when you visit everyone else’s country they expect you to speak their language, but here I have to press 2 for English if that’s even an option… very sad.

I feel so sad .I hate my son’s hair .Maria tried saying that it was cause he has no hair there …I just …she thinks I’m stupid she clearly went to high with the Zero .Somebody needs to tell Maria to retire already ….I just threw away money for nothing…..

Bad attention. I asked for my son's cut and the lady didn't want to cut it. Halfway through the cut, the lady asked me if I cut him more and I told her yes. To which she gets angry, she asks me if I know how to cut hair, I answer NO, she grabs the scissors and the comb and comes, throws them at me and tells me to cut her hair. He leaves the room and returns haughty. He seemed like a dangerous person to me and didn't know how to cut hair. The other ladies tried to fix the situation by saying that she hadn't taken her pills and that she had a problem. Everything is super bad, the sick lady is deplorable.
